Q 1: I have not heard of cleaning water pipes before, is it new?

A:  The residential pipe cleaning began from about  20 years ago, with the development of the living standard, people come to realize the importance of cleaning water pipes, especially in the area where the water quality is not good enough.

Q2: Is it necessary to clean water pipes in house?

A:  Absolutely necessary! As we all know, the water pollution problem is getting worse and worse now. The quality of tap water is not very good. And if the pipes are not cleaned for a certain time, they can easily breed microcytosis, bacterial virus, Escherichia coli, enterovirus, and so on. Meanwhile, lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and other toxic heavy metal would contaminate the water and endanger our health. It can also cause lower water flow, even block the water pipe!

Q3: Will every kind of water pipe be getting dirty easily?

A: Water pipe made of every kind of material would have limescale, and the longer the time is, the more serious the problem is. There is the various color for water coming out from the cleaned pipes. For example, the white and turbid one from the cold water pipe is full of bacteria and moss; the brown one from the hot water pipe is full of rust; even worse, black ink sludge water comes from the pipe infusing underground water!

Q4: what is the latest CACS pulse cleaning technology?

A: CACS cleaning technology is a patented and advanced water pipe cleaning technology, combined with citric acid cleaning and spiral pulse technology. The equipment generates water vapor mixed with spiral pulse wave and spirally flushes the pipe.

The whole process is safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly.

And the household water pipe cleaning device is suitable for various pipes made of different materials.

Q5: Will it cause the pipe to burst?

A: CACS pipe cleaning technology does not rely on the high pressure, but the spiral pulse,  the output pressure of the CACS cleaning machine is about only 2.45 Bar, the max pressure is 4.9 Bar. so there is pipe burst risk at all.

Q6: Which pipes can be cleaned in the house?

A: It can clean all the water tubes in the house, including hot and cold water pipe in the bathroom and kitchen, water supply pipe for the washing machine. There are at least 11 pipes to be cleaned for a one-floor house, and more pipes and longer pipes for the mid-rise building.

Q 7: The pipes in my house is still new. So it is not necessary to clean the pipes, right?

A: The pipes in the new house might be clean and free of sediment or moss, but there is a lot of dust during the construction. Besides, there are cementing compound, oil stains and other chemical remain, which is not only smelly but also harmful for human body.

Q8: How long does it take to clean out water pipes?

A: It takes only 1hour for about 100 ㎡ apartment; and 1-2 hours for the villa and luxurious house(including time for dissolving citric acid).

Q 9: Even if you clean the pipes, you won't be able to improve the quality of tap water, right?

A: If the pipes are cleaned, the heavy metal limescale and moss can be removed and sterilized so that the pipes can be clean and free-flowing. If a household filter system is stored, it would improve the quality of tap water,  removing residual chlorine and toxic heavy metal.

Q10: How often does the residential water pipes need to be cleaned?

A: It depends on the water quality of your local area. Generally, once 6 months is enough. If a household filter system is stored, once a year is also acceptable.

Q 11: It is necessary to clean the pipe only if the water flushed out of the pipes after cleaning is not opaque?

A: No, the dirty water pipes can't be judged simply by whether the water is dirty or not. If the water pipes are made of iron or lead, the water coming out after cleaning will be very dirty, but if the plastic or stainless steel pipes are used, the color of the will be white and turbid or light green. It's not too dirty, but it doesn't mean you don't have to clean it, because it also breeds a lot of bacteria and algae, and the water is still dirty and the pipe still needs to be cleaned.

Q 12: Do we still need to clean the water pipelines after storing the water purification devices

A: Currently, most families use water purification device in purifying drinking water. But 97% of everyday domestic water usage for brushing teeth, showering and cooking are neglected. Storing water filtration devices can only filter the large particle, but it can’t filter bacteria, heavy metals, and other toxic matter. Cleaning pipes not only can remove harmful substances on the pipe wall, but also can prolong the service life of the filter cartridge.

Q13: Is it useful to clean household pipes if the main pipelines haven’t been cleaned?

A: The water in the main pipes are in a flowing state with rapid flow and high pressure, so the inner wall of the pipe has been flushing. While the household pipes are still almost all the time and the flowing pace is slow with low pressure, which makes it easier to generate moss and deposit toxic heavy metals because the iron pipes could be oxidized while the plastic pipes could breed moss.

Q 14: what is a common carcinogen in the water pipe?

A: It is required to chlorinate the tap water. During the process, chlorine will react with organics like moss and generate volatile halogenated hydrocarbons, which is proved to be mutagenic and cancerogenic,  some are even teratogenic and neurovirulent, causing neoplasms in the liver, kidney, and intestine. What’s more, these products cannot be purified. Therefore,  we can effectively reduce the incidence of cancer by removing the precursor in the pipes and greatly reducing the formation of halogenated hydrocarbon compounds.

Q15: is it safer to use PP-R in comparison with iron pipes?

A: everyone knows that iron pipes will rust, but do you think it's okay that PP-R plastic pipes won't rust?. In fact, this is a misconception. After using PP-R plastic pipe for a period of time, the inner wall of the pipe is seriously polluted, which is the breeding ground for bacteria and Legionella, which has become a new health killer and the potential threat to life.

A recent report on the health of some Chinese cities has revealed that the massive increase in diseases and cancers is related to the quality of domestic tap water and to the wrong choice of plumbing materials.
